Pickaxe Prison Store – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases made through the Pickaxe Prison Store. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

  • All products sold through the Pickaxe Prison Store are digital items intended for use exclusively on the Pickaxe Prison Minecraft server.
  • By making a purchase, you agree to comply with all server rules and these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.

2. Digital Content

  • Products sold are digital content and do not have any real-world monetary value.
  • Server features, items, perks, and gameplay may be modified, rebalanced, replaced, or removed at any time to maintain a fair and enjoyable experience.

3. Temporary Ranks

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all purchasable ranks are valid for 30 days from the date they are successfully delivered.
  • Once this period expires, the rank and any associated perks will automatically be removed.

4. Crate Keys and Random Rewards

  • Crate keys unlock random rewards.
  • Purchasing a crate key does not guarantee that you will receive any particular item or reward.
  • Reward pools and drop rates may be adjusted from time to time for balancing purposes.

5. Username Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to enter the correct Minecraft username when making a purchase.
  • If an incorrect username is entered, we cannot guarantee that the purchased product can be recovered or transferred.
  • If you believe you entered the wrong username, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible, but successful recovery cannot be guaranteed, particularly if the product has already been delivered.

6. Server Availability

  • We aim to keep Pickaxe Prison available as consistently as possible.
  • However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the server will continue operating indefinitely.
  • Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Purchasing digital content does not guarantee continuous access to the server.

7. Server Rules and Punishments

  • Purchasing any rank, key, package, or other product does not exempt any player from the server rules.
  • All players are treated equally regardless of how much they have spent.
  • Players who break the rules may receive warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, permanent bans, or other sanctions.
  • Enforcement of server rules will not be affected by previous or future purchases.

8. Payments and Chargebacks

  • If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact our support team before contacting your payment provider.
  • Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in purchased items being removed and access to the server being suspended while the matter is investigated.
  • This does not affect any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Refunds

  • Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased content has been successfully delivered.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK or EU consumer protection legislation.
  • Where required by law, refunds will be provided in accordance with your legal rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for losses arising from server downtime, maintenance, balancing changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information supplied during purchase, including incorrect Minecraft usernames.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
